  • Josie got an early start in politics, knocking doors in her home state of New Hampshire as a middle schooler. She’s gone on to build finance and field programs across the country — from Maine and Michigan, to Pennsylvania and Connecticut — as well as lead winning campaigns in battleground seats for Virginia House of Delegates and Virginia State Senate. A proud member of the LGBTQ community, Josie is based in Richmond, VA.

  • Amber Allen is a seasoned communications and political strategist with over 16 years of experience. She has held leadership roles, including as communications director of one of South Carolina’s largest law enforcement agencies, managing media relations, crisis communications, and internal and external messaging. Amber has consulted on Democratic political campaigns and organizations, leading to historic wins in the Palmetto State. She specializes in project management, messaging strategies, and event production. Amber has demonstrated excellence leading teams and complex campaigns, with a proven track record in strategic communications and advocacy. Her work has driven policy changes and enhanced community services in South Carolina. She is based in Charleston, S.C. Amber is a proud member of the American Association of Political Consultants and Campaigns & Elections.

  • Maresa Miranda has a strong foundation in public policy, with a career bridging legislative advocacy and political fundraising across progressive campaigns nationwide. She began in legislative and government affairs, promoting impactful social policies in education, immigration, and corporate responsibility. Currently, Maresa serves as finance manager for several progressive candidates, directing fundraising operations and donor engagement strategies. Her expertise includes streamlining outreach, coordinating candidate call time, and maintaining accurate finance tracking to ensure campaign success. She is dedicated to people-powered campaigns that restore balance in government and elevate leaders focused on community service, not corporate interests. Maresa is based in Maryland.

  • Over the past 10 years, Michael Abucewicz has worked on statewide and congressional campaigns. His work has found him in North Carolina, Virginia, and Arizona. Michael’s focus has been on get-out-the-vote (GOTV) operations, direct voter contact strategies, and honing political messaging. He believes the best political strategy is the simplest one: to meet voters where they are. Michael is based in North Carolina.

  • Ethan Nichols is a seasoned political operative, propelled into action following the Parkland (Fla.) massacre in 2018, when he founded Students for Gun Legislation, a student-led organizing and advocacy nonprofit. In 2022, he was invited to the White House for the signing of the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act. Since then, Ethan has spent his professional career working on Democratic campaigns at all levels. He brings an extensive background in local government, strategic messaging and policy, voter mobilization, and a data-driven background in fundraising. In 2024, Ethan was a delegate to the Democratic National Convention and the first delegate from Ohio to pledge to support Vice President Kamala Harris. His work has been featured in USA Today, NPR, Teen Vogue, and other publications. Ethan is based in Ohio.

  • Guided by creativity, innovative problem solving, and an appreciation of community, Victoria Strawbridge has a love for interpersonal communication and the arts. That passion led her to campaign graphic design and public messaging. Her background includes international policy and lobbying experience in Ireland, prison and justice advocacy at the federal level, as well as roles in municipal government campaigns and administration. Victoria considers versatility as one of her greatest strengths and allows for outside-the-box thinking to steer her professional craft and communication strategies. Additionally, she extensively incorporates the specific interests, values, and personalities of her clients into graphic designs and messaging. Victoria has designed campaign logos, informational fliers, candidate posters, and more. She enjoys the intersection between artistic pursuits and public communication strategies.

  • Hill Godwin has a deep commitment to civic engagement and Democratic politics. His early work with advocacy groups and campaigns centered on empowering communities to participate in the democratic process. He has helped expand access to voter resources in Alabama and led outreach efforts to engage young people in political action. Passionate about delivering Democratic victories, he approaches every campaign with focus and a commitment to issue-based organizing and strategic communication. Hill’s deep understanding of political issues and policy dynamics allows him to navigate complex conversations and craft messaging that resonates with diverse audiences. He enjoys researching emerging political trends and translating them into actionable strategies that strengthen campaigns and expand their reach. Hill worked at the district office of Congresswoman Terri Sewell (AL-07), where he strengthened constituent services and coordinated large-scale community events. With experience in legal and municipal work, Hill brings a practical understanding of policy, organization, and communication to every campaign he supports.
